Why do I need to spend money on an Event Planner? 

  I can do it myself and my friend's mom's aunt can help!" "I've been to so many weddings, I know how it works, it's easy!"

  Today's brides have so many resources available. But honestly, why would you want to do it yourself? The stress of arranging venue tours, connecting with florists, photographers, caterers, etc.... All while making major life decisions like moving or buying/setting up a home.. 

  Why not let a professional take most of your stress away? Our wedding planner works with you to make those important connections and handle the details. 

Why do I need to spend money on an Event Coordinator?

  Maybe you've got everything needed for your event. You, mom, & your best friend have it all planned. Problem is the 3 of you will be together all day getting makeup, hair & pictures. 

    Who will handle the vendors drop offs, setup, & pickup?

    Who will make sure the dj has the correct music anf has what is needed?

    Who will tell the attendants when to walk down the aisle? 

  Who will handle all the small but important issues that can come up at the last minute? You need a stage manager, a coach, a movie director, a CaroleenEvents Wedding Coordinator.

What if I don't want a big event/ceremony?

  Not everyone dreams of standing in front of 100s of family & friends reciting vows or being the center of attention while trying desperately not to stomp on theier partner's feet during the 1st dance.

  Today's couples have an option - the Micro/Popup Wedding. Its not your grandparents' courthouse wedding. It can include all the traditional wedding elements on a smaller scale. Maybe 50 guests at an intimate venue or 20 friends in the park with a picnic lunch, There are so many possibilities!

  CaroleenEvents organized our first Pop Up Wedding for a busy couple that works in healthcare. Chelsea, an ER nurse and Jody, an EMT/Paramedic, wanted to start their married life together without the stress of wedding planning. In 2 days, CaroleenEvents crafted/performed a simple casual ceremony with them at home with parents, siblings & a few close friends. We notarized the marriage license and filed it the next day.
